Vision

For bold people and businesses, STEAM on the Platte is the mixed-use community that spurs innovation, energy and collaboration. STEAM on the Platte embraces its presence on the Platte River and its industrial history so that people can gain a progressive edge in a dynamic, centrally located environment.

Current Phases

Completed in 2017, Phase 1 includes the conversion of a 65,000 sq ft warehouse into creative office space with a courtyard leading to the river’s edge with views of the unique intersection of the Platte River and Lakewood Gulch trails. The first phase also features the adaptive reuse of a 6,000 sq ft bow truss building into Raices Brewery, completed in 2019.

Future Phases

Future phases will include the addition of new commercial offices and/or residential space.

HIDDEN GEM

Abandoned for decades, STEAM is Denver’s undiscovered gem and will be renewed into inventive office and residential space.

RIVER

Anchored along the banks of the winding Platte River, Steam offers the perfect getaway to the outdoors with its amazing access to beautiful biking and walking trails as well as to fishing, kayaking and other recreational activities.
